Meet Lisa Phillips, an established GB padel player, coach and qualified referee who has been involved in the UK padel scene for over 2 years. She noticed a significant gap in the padel scene: there were very little junior tournaments available for aspiring young players. With her passion for the sport, she wanted to create tournaments to encourage more junior padel players across the country to play and compete.
